Medical Cannabis

She is able to get you certified for your Medical Cannabis card in the state of Kentucky.
The first appointment has to be in person and luckily she is available in Louisville (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and Lexington (Wednesdays) In order for an individual to be eligible for a qualified patient registry ID card in Kentucky (including in-state qualified patient, minor qualified patient, and visiting qualified patient applicants), they must be diagnosed with one (1) of the following qualifying medical conditions:
* Any type or form of cancer at ANY stage
* Chronic or severe pain
* Epilepsy or other intractable seizure disorder
* Multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, or spasticity
* Chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome
* Post-traumatic stress disorder.
